Ciara Sookins is a multi-hyphenate professional with extensive knowledge in entertainment, dance, and music. As of early 2024 and after nearly a decade in Los Angeles, CA, she has come full circle, returning to her roots in Richmond, VA. Ciara is a proud alumna and Cum Laude graduate from Old Dominion University where she received her B.S. in Human Services and focused on the importance of understanding individuals with various perspectives during her education.
During her undergraduate years, she completed internships with the Joffrey Ballet School led by world renowned Artistic Directors, Desmond Richardson and Josie Walsh. With a drive to learn about the business side of dance, this guided Ciara to becoming a Talent Agent at Go 2 Talent Agency representing some of the best dancers in the entertainment industry. Previously, Ciara was an Education Administrative Coordinator at the AMDA College of the Performing Arts for both the Music Theatre Department and Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
Currently, she holds the role of Producer + Accounts Lead in the Media Department for the #1 Dance App, STEEZY Studio, where she is able to directly connect her passions for the arts, entertainment business, and human connection. Within her position, she leads and executes brand and music partnerships, oversees content management and workflow processes, and maintains external client relationships, all while ensuring STEEZY's core values and principles are present within every step.

Incorporating her personal experiences as a performer and love for pop culture into her professional work has allowed her to develop a keen eye for identifying talent and staying on top of authentic trends. In her free time, you can catch her listening to the newest R&B music releases, looking for the flyest pair of sneakers, or endlessly scrolling on Reddit + TikTok.
